  1. Melt some butter and rub it on the toasts. Put them in an oven at 180°C until golden brown.
  2. Quarter the mushrooms and chop the shallot.
  3. Sauté the bacon strips together with the mushrooms and shallot.
  4. Add some salt and pepper finish with some finely chopped parsley.
