Click on the little chef’s hat to open the shortcode editor:

And insert the index shortcode, with or without headers:

Inserting without headers will basically insert the [ultimate-recipe-index] shortcode which will output the following Recipe Index:

Or you could include some headers with [ultimate-recipe-index headers=true], which will result in this:

Tip: if you install a plugin to execute shortcodes in widgets you could add a nice list of recipes in there with this shortcode.
